Most gift boxes & personalized items take 3-5 days to process’s while event favors can take between 1-4 weeks depending on size of the order and particular item (i.e. Gift Trees need to be scheduled a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your event).
Any item more than 1lb ships UPS Ground unless upgraded to faster ship methods. Small, lightweight items ship First Class USPS mail unless upgraded to faster ship methods.
Yes! We’re located in Holbrook, NY (11741) and welcome any local pick ups. Please schedule after purchase and we’ll refund any ship costs. Deliveries are available for larger orders totaling more than $1,000USD in the NY, NJ, PA, CT & RI areas; additional fees may apply.
Due to the nature of the items in gift boxes or a high level of personalization we cannot accept any refunds at this time. We do always stand by our work and are here to correct any errors made by the team or damages in transit. No, we do not send a sales receipt unless requested since most items are shipped direct to a recipient as a gift. You will receive a receipt via email just after purchase and can use that order number for all future communication.
Are you planner? Do you like buying early to check things off your do do list early? We’re here to help! Whether it’s scheduling for arrival at your venue or pre-scheduling some of our custom food items, we can help schedule the items after purchase to arrive on your timeline. Include notes at checkout to help us better understand your event date. We also recommend a quick follow up via email if it’s more than 3 months away.If your need by date is somewhere within the processing window and you’re not sure it will arrival on-time, please try and email us at email@example.com BEFORE submitting a purchase to ensure we can accommodate the quicker turnaround. We’ll also notify you of any required shipping upgrades and potential rush fees.
We are happy to reship your gift after the following steps:1. We notify you via Email that your gift has been returned and the reason it was returned (i.e. incorrect address, declined by recipient, etc).2. We wait for you to respond and provide us with an updated mailing address to reattempt delivery.3. We open the sipping box and fix anything that may have been damages in transit to make sure your item is in perfect condition before we ship for a second time.4. All items are repackaged in a new box to ensure they look fresh and clean upon arrival5. Before the item is reshipped, we invoice a $10 reprocessing & packing fee along with the cost of re-shipping your item. All invoices are sent via Square and must be paid prior to shipment.6. If the invoice is not paid in 5 business days of the sent date, the item will be deemed unclaimed property and Dearly Beeloved will retake possession of your item(s).
